This revitalizing weekend introduces you to Chopra Center co-founders Deepak Chopra, M.D. and David Simon, M.D. and the timeless teachings of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. You will be taught Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, techniques for emotional wellbeing and Ayurveda, the ancient healing practice of India.

What is Renewal Weekend?
A great place to start, Renewal Weekend is a great introductory course for those looking to enhance their knowledge of mind-body medicine and natural health, including Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation. But the introduction doesn't stop there - as this can be the perfect chance for any level to get in touch with their needs, learn about managing their own health, and feeling re-invigorated. Whether you are new to the Chopra Center world, or looking to get back in touch, this workshop is for you.

What happens at Renewal Weekend?
This two-and-a-half day workshop and weekend getaway begins at 9:30am on Friday with Primordial Sound Meditation instruction where you will receive your mantra (check in is 6pm on Friday if you have already received your mantra). This will be the cornerstone of your weekend experience.
Through the two and a half days the co-founders of The Chopra Center - Deepak Chopra, MD and David Simon, MD - guide you through a mind body experience that is your gateway to balance, healing, and transformation through the Chopra Center. Topics includes natural health, nutrition, life choices, emotional healing, Ayurveda and daily balance. You'll leave with a more complete understanding of a healthful and balanced mind and body, and a renewed sense of spirit.
Each day is filled with beginner and advanced Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instruction and morning and evening meditation classes.
